Sketches by Me
Drawing helps my brain to be more “in the moment.” For me sketching acts as another form of mindfulness meditation, and helps let my mind work through things subconsciously. I like to think of this as a kind of brain power nap in the form of drawing so I can sketch freely with zero pressure.
